Laughter Yoga is the best medicine, beneficial for the mind, body and spirit.  Many medical studies on  “Mindful  laughter” recognize it’s effect on        increasing the body’s natural painkiller—endorphin which promotes     promotes sleep,  balances heart and blood pressure and decreases infection.

Laughter Yoga
is a series of laughter exercises   combining stretching, deep breathing, clapping and playful group activities lasting about 1/2 hour.  This is followed by a 15 minute relaxation and meditative    experience, no traditional yoga postures.  Special equipment is not necessary, however wear loose comfortable clothing, and bring a large towel to sit on! as well as water.

Laughter Yoga
starts with playful       activities designed to stimulate laughter, and in most cases becomes real, deep and contagious.  Science proved that the body cannot differentiate between simulated and real laughter, thus the health benefits are the same.  So, promote your general health and wellness and the most unique fun filled way.

Laughter Yoga is held at Lynn Hall Park on Fort Myers Beach every Friday Morning From
8:00 to 9:00 AM  Free of Charge
